Birchill Energy Ltd.

Birchill Energy Ltd. has retained Tristone Capital Inc. to sell its assets in Alberta. The package includes two multi-zone areas in the Willesden Green, Ferrier and Sylvan Lake areas of central Alberta, and the Mulligan area in the Peace River Arch. The package includes production of 1,600 barrels of oil and 21 million cubic feet of gas for a total 5,100 barrels of oil equivalent per day. In addition, the properties include more than 2,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day ready to be tied in. The package also includes 70,000 non-producing acres.
