Bellevue Resources Inc.

NEW, Bellevue Resources Inc. has retained Meagher Oil & Gas Properties Inc. to sell the company, including operated and nonoperated properties and leaseholds in California, Montana and Wyoming. Bellevue is a wholly owned subsidiary of Burmis Energy Inc. (Toronto: BME) with average daily production of 122 barrels of oil equivalent, all assets in the U.S. and no debt. The California assets are in East Lost Hills Field, Kern County, and include proved reserves of 52.7 million cubic feet of gas and 1,000 barrels of oil. Average daily production is 12 barrels of oil equivalent and all wells are operated by Anadarko E&P Co. LP. The Wyoming assets are in Campbell County on 40,000 gross acres with proved reserves of 116,000 barrels of oil. The Montana assets are in Powder River and Musselshell counties. The Powder River assets are on 2,200 net acres of undeveloped land and include a 50% working interest, while the Musselshell assets are on 334 net acres and include a 27.8% working interest.
