NEW, Asia Petroleum Development (Biliton) Ltd., a subsidiary of Serica Energy Plc, has retained IndigoPool to seek a farm-in partner in the Biliton production sharing contract offshore West Java, Indonesia. Serica Energy currently holds a 45% operating position in the block 350 kilometers northeast of Jakarta in water depths less than 50 meters. Major equity is being offered with operatorship available.
