Ark-La-Tex Energy LLC

Ark-La-Tex Energy LLC, Shreveport, La., has retained Lantana Oil & Gas Partners to sell certain assets in Texas and Louisiana. The package includes 25 active wells on more than 9,000 gross acres in multiple fields: Douglas, West Field in Nacogdoches County, Texas; Sym-Jac, West Field and Geo-Vest Field in Cherokee County, Texas; Carthage North Field in Harrison County, Texas, and Longwood Field in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. Production is 5.1 million cubic feet and 54 barrels of oil per day. Present value proved developed producing is $17 million, with an estimated proved undeveloped value of $61 million.
