NEW, Privately held Anderson Oil Co., Denver, has retained Waterous & Co. to sell properties in the Greater Green River Basin, Sweetwater and Sublette counties, southwest Wyoming. The assets consist of partially developed gas production and undeveloped acreage. The partially developed acreage consists of two project areas: Red Lakes and the Delaney Rim area. Each is producing from multiple sandstone reservoirs in the Almond formation, at 9,200 to 11,000 feet. Two undeveloped project areas are the Miami Ditch unit and the South Jonah area in Sublette County near existing production and with targets including Lance, Mesaverde, Frontier, Nugget and Madison Limestone. Net production is 486,000 cubic feet per day from six nonoperated wells. Working interest is 28% to 100%. The proved reserves, some 12 billion cubic feet equivalent, are 92% gas.
