Abraxas Petroleum Corp. (NASDAQ: AXAS) is divesting its Canadian subsidiary, which has oil and natural gas operations in western Canada.
Canadian Abraxas Petroleum ULC, the subsidiary of San Antonio-based Abraxas, has properties located in the Trochu, Swalwell/Twining and Tomahawk areas of central Alberta. Sayer Energy Advisors has been engaged to assist with the sale.
