Magnum Energy Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia, (Toronto Venture: MEN) plans to acquire 13 gross (9.24 net) sections of land with existing production in the Sedalia area of Alberta from an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed price. Production is 415,000 cubic feet of gas per day (70 barrels of oil equivalent per day). The company will also acquire a 30% working interest in a gas processing facility. The deal was expected to close in October.
