Ltd., Perth, Australia, (OTCBB: CTVWF; Australia: CVI) have entered a joint venture covering two oil fields in Angola. The fields are in the Kwanza Basin north and south of the Kwanza River. Quest Energy Middle East Ltd., Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is operator.
