Bought BC assets, gaining production of 9.9 MMcf/d.

Privately held, Calgary-based Aduro Resources Ltd. has acquired producing assets, undeveloped land and infrastructure in the Monias area of British Columbia from an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed price. The assets are 100% operated and include two operated facilities with capacity of 20 million cubic feet per and 100% ownership in a network of pipelines, dehydration and compression infrastructure. Production is 9.9 million cubic feet per day. The deal closed Dec. 18.
