retained to sell certain oil and gas royalty
interests in Texas.
The package includes 100% working
interest (76% average net revenue interest)
in five producing wells and one salt water
disposal well on 243 acres in Eddy County.
Production is 35 barrels of oil and 32,000
cubic feet of gas per day.
