Remora Oil & Gas LLC has retained EnergyNet Inc. to negotiate the sale of its interest in the Helen Gohlke Field in DeWitt and Victoria counties, Texas. The bid due date is Sept. 20, 2012.
In a separate offering, Strata BV LLC has retained EnergyNet Inc. to negotiate the sale of its interest in 4,251 net acres in Dunn and Mountrail counties, North Dakota and Roosevelt County, Montana. The bid due date is Sept. 20, 2012.
In a separate offering, B3 Bakken Minerals LLC has retained EnergyNet Inc. to negotiate the sale of its holdings in 74,665 net acres in McKenzie County, North Dakota. Bids for that sale are due by Sept. 20, 2012.
In addition, TAF Energy LLC has retained EnergyNet Inc. to auction its holdings in three separate Texas counties. In the first, it holds a non-operated working interest in Burleson County, Texas. In addition TAF is selling non operated working interest in Lavaca County, Texas. Finally, TAF is selling its interest in the Austin Chalk Field in Lee County, Texas. All three of those auctions are scheduled for Sept. 19, 2012.
