Houston-based energy-services provider Production Services Network has formed a joint venture with Trinidad-based Kenson Production Services Ltd. to provide integrated solutions for contracting services in the Western Caribbean.
Kenson provides services for major E&P companies in and around Trinidad.

The new company, Kenson-PSN, is based in Port of Spain, Trinidad. Kenson-PSN will offer a range of engineering, construction, hook-up and commissioning, operational and maintenance support in the region.

Production Services president of operations Zeffrey Lucas, “Like the Gulf of Mexico, the Trinidad oil fields are a mature market requiring expertise and innovation to enhance dwindling production while reducing their lease operating expenses. Coupled with Kenson's extensive knowledge of the energy industry in the area, PSN brings additional leadership, significant oil and gas production management experience as well as expertise to the major international energy companies operating in the Western Caribbean.”

Kenson chairman Kennett Ferguson says, “The union of these two companies is the result of a mutual search for a partner who understands the concept of adding and driving value to our client base. PSN, like Kenson, adheres to the philosophy that our clients' success is critical to our own success and growth, and that principle, above all, made us certain that our partnership with this company would flourish.”
