Calgary-based Pengrowth Management Ltd., the manager of Pengrowth Corp. and Pengrowth Energy Trust, (Toronto: PGF-UN; NYSE: PGH) has named Robert Nicolay vice president, business development. He was president and chief executive of the Calgary Olympic Development Association and president and CEO of Enmax Corp.
Jim Donihee was named vice president and chief of staff. He was chief operating officer at the National Energy Board and has experience in the oil and gas industry in various capacities with EnCana Corp.
