Patch International Inc., Calgary, (OTCBB: PTCH) has acquired privately held, Alberta-based 1289307 Alberta Ltd. for US$1 million in stock and assumption of US$1 million in debt. The seller has an interest in a farm-out agreement between 1286664 Alberta Ltd. and Bounty Developments Ltd., giving it the right to earn up to a 75% working interest in 18 square miles of land in the Firebag oil-sands project in the Fort McMurray area of central Alberta. 1289307 is now a subsidiary of Patch.
