Brookdale Land Co. LLC retained EnergyNet for the sale of Permian Basin assets located in Pecos and Ward counties, Texas, through an auction closing April 23.
The offer includes producing mineral and royalty interests and overriding royalty interest (ORRI) in a 10-well package and six drilled but uncompleted wells (DUCs) plus surface acreage. An affiliate of Parsley Energy Inc. is the operator of the assets.
