Approximately 981.78 NMA are producing (HBP) as part of the Bone Pile and Breen Minnelusa Units. The minerals generated $5,000/month on average over the past seven months. Monthly royalty checks are about $6,000 at $40 oil. The remaining 5,317.95 NMA (6,300 gross acres) are open (un-leased) for all formations.
There are 14 permitted Drilling Spacing Units with over 448 permitted well locations in the Parkman (56), Sussex (56), Mowry (112), Turner/Frontier (48), Muddy/Newcastle (55) and Niobrara (112). Proven 1 & 2-mile horizontal Parkman and Sussex wells (Ballard Petroleum & Devon) southwest of position. Nearby Parkman wells are producing between 170,000 and 288,000 bbl over the first 24 months of production (GDU FEDERAL 14-5 PH & GDU 11-5B PH - Ballard Petroleum).
