Gibraltar Energy Co. retained Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse LLC for the sale of Mississippi producing properties within the Black Warrior Basin through a sealed-bid offering.
The offer comprises operated properties covering roughly 870 acres HBP in the Symphony and Big Springs Field area across Clay County, Miss., producing from the Basal Pennsylvanian Sand, Carter-Sanders Sand-Shale section and the Abernethy Sand-Shale section.

- Working interest 50% to 100%
- and Net Revenue Interest 40.6% to 78%
- One well and Five PUDs in the Symphony Field and Two wells, Five PUDs and pipeline in the Big Springs Field
- Total cumulative production is about 1.1 billion cubic feet of gas and roughly 6,000 barrels of oil
- Saxophone 22-1 averaged 208,000 cubic feet per day in the first 10 days of February
- Net cash flow for 2018 was about $92,000
