Miramar Minerals LP has retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as its exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of its minerals located in the Delaware Basin in Ward County, Texas.
Highlights:
- 232 Net Royalty Acres across an undivided interest in Section 131, Block 34
- 100% operated by Callon Petroleum Co.
- Three drilling spacing units
- Flush production and cash flow from five horizontal proved developed producing wells completed between January and February
- Significant near-term development:
- Six drilled but uncompleted wells remaining to be completed
- Two active Callon rigs on position
- Next 12-month cash flow: about $2.4 million
Bids are due by March 26. Virtual data room is open. The transaction is expected to have a Feb. 1 effective date.
