KBR, Houston, (NYSE: KBR) has named John R. Huff and Loren K. Carroll to its board. Huff is chairman of Oceaneering International Inc. and chairman and chief executive of Huff International. Carroll was president and CEO of M-I Swaco. Frank Blount has been named to the company’s board. He is chairman and CEO of Atlanta-based TTS Management Corp.
