JSX Energy Inc., Bangkok, Thailand, (Pink Sheets: JSXG) has acquired the rights until 2016 to Block L17/48 from the Thai Ministry of Energy. The block, also known as the Mae Sot Basin, consists of 1 million acres in northwestern Thailand. Reserves are 6 billion barrels of shale oil.
