DSI has partnered with oil and gas company, Henry Production, for a cloud-based service work order and inventory management solution, the company said on March 5.
Henry Production sought a partner that would work cohesively with their growth and allow them to be a dynamic competitor in the oil and gas market. They chose DSI for their ability to exceed requirements through the elimination of manual processes and the transition into a mobile-first solution that can efficiently complete work orders in the field while operating in a disconnected state.
“We sought a solution that would mobilize our work orders with real-time information shared with our ERP system. The solution DSI provided was able to exceed all of our requirements and expectations while providing us with the flexibility to expand the solution as our company continues to grow,” Laurie Henry, Henry Production’s vice president of business services and owner, said
DSI provided Henry Production with a solution that will increase their overall productivity with certified integrations for their JD Edwards ERP investment. The DSI mobile-first solution allows for the movement of information between workers in the field and the back-end system which helps Henry Production complete their work orders without errors previously caused by paper-based processes.
“Henry Production needed a solution that would provide real-time inventory and work order visibility with integrations to their ERP system and DSI delivered. Through DSI’s cloud-based work order solution and inventory management applications, Henry Production has access to their information when and where they need it,” Mark Goode, DSI’s COO, said.
