Harvest-Marks Pipeline LLC acquired four oil pipelines totaling approximately 44 miles in length from Cypress Pipeline Co. LLC and Chevron Pipeline Co. The pipelines, which service various fields, are located east of the Mississippi River in the Empire-Main Pass area. Further details were not disclosed.
