EnerJex Resources Inc. Overland Park, Kan., (OTCBB: ENRJ) has filed an S-1 to sell up to 1 million shares at approximately US$1.30 for selling shareholders for a total raise of up to $1.3 million on the OTC bulletin board.
EnerJex will not receive any proceeds from the sale.
EnerJex has oil and gas operations in eastern Kansas. Proved reserves as of March 31, were 1.4 million barrels of oil equivalent.
