Eco-Stim Energy Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: ESES) said on Oct. 1 that J. Chris Boswell has resigned from his positions as president and CEO of the company and from the company’s board of directors in order to pursue other opportunities.
The company’s CFO, Alexander Nickolatos, has been promoted to serve as interim president and CEO of the company and has also been appointed to the company’s board of directors.
“I have been working with Alexander since the company was founded in 2012 and it has been a pleasure to work with him and the entire Eco-Stim team over the past six years in both of our markets. I believe company is in great hands with Alexander at the helm,” Boswell said.
