Centurion Group has expanded its drilling, completions and production segment on April 1 with the acquisition of Tango Delta Rentals, a leading Canadian communications and specialty equipment rentals business.

Operating within the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, Tango Delta provides an extensive range of remote communication offerings, including cell tower technologies, remote internet equipment, radio and satellite communication solutions, along with lighting solutions and other specialty rentals for the Canadian energy services industry.

“The acquisition of Tango Delta is highly complementary to Centurion’s existing DCP segment and extends our integrated customer offering, which currently includes a broad range of equipment and services focused around the complete lifecycle of a well’s development,” Fernando Assing, CEO of Centurion, said.
