Bronco Drilling Co. Inc., Oklahoma City, (Nasdaq: BRNC) has amended and restated its 4% credit facility due 2013 to $150 million. Fortis Bank is administrative agent, joint lead arranger and book-runner, Royal Bank of Scotland is joint lead arranger and co-syndication agent with Prudential Insurance Co., and The CIT Group/Business Credit, Caterpillar Financial Services, Natixis and Legacy Bank are syndicate agents.
Bronco chairman and chief executive Frank Harrison says, “We are very pleased to be able to put this facility in place during a very challenging time in the credit markets. This facility will provide the liquidity and flexibility to move forward with the company’s strategic goals.” SJP
