Altima Resources Ltd., Vancouver, (TSX: ARH) has increased its credit facility with Ionic Capital Corp. to C$4.09 million. In addition, the credit facility's maturity date has been amended to July 31, 2009.
Altima paid Ionic a C$40,000 restructuring fee and issued 3.8 million common shares to Ionic at C$0.16 per share, or 15% of the principal amount of the amended credit facility.
