Privately placed an additional 425,000 shares at US$40.50 each for US$1.7 million as overallotment for a total 5.4 million shares at US$40.50 each to fund drilling and well completion at its Boies Ranch and Jimmy Gulch prospect areas in the Piceance Basin and Robinson Lake prospect area in the Williston Basin.
