Venture Global Calcasieu Pass LLC

Closed an offering by subsidiary, Venture Global Calcasieu Pass LLC, of senior secured notes due 2029 issued in two series. Proceeds will be used to prepay certain amounts outstanding under its existing senior secured first lien credit facilities, pay breakage and hedge termination costs in connection with such prepayment and pay fees and expenses in connection with the offering. TransCameron Pipeline LLC guaranteed the notes.
