Closed private placement of unsecured 12% promissory notes maturing on April 10, 2020. Net proceeds of $7.54 million will redeem the $3.6 million of subordinated notes outstanding and finance two horizontal wells in the Midland Basin Hazel Project, and will also support general corporate purposes.
