Received $333 million from Riverstone Global Energy and Power Fund VI, and $167 million from Riverstone Energy Ltd., funds managed by Riverstone Holdings LLC. Three Rivers’ management team provided additional equity. Company will focus on Permian Basin oil and natural gas acquisitions.
