Priced its upsized private offering of 2026 senior unsecured notes previously announced Jan. 19. Proceeds, together with cash on hand, will be used to repay and terminate certain existing indebtedness, pay fees and expenses related to the spinoff of Technip Energies and provide working capital and for general corporate purposes.
