Plans to launch an initial public offering of 13.75 million shares of its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange as TRGP. Targa Resources Corp. will not receive any proceeds. Barclays Capital, Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi and Deutsche Bank Securities are joint book-running managers. In addition, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, Raymond James, RBC Capital Markets and UBS Investment Bank are co-lead managers, and Robert W. Baird and ING are co-managers.
