Will redeem the entire outstanding principal amount of its 6.5% senior notes due 2021. The redemption date for the notes is expected to be July 16, 2018. The aggregate principal amount of the notes outstanding is $344.6 million. The redemption price for the notes will be approximately $1,021.67 per $1,000 principal amount of the notes outstanding, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the notes up to but excluding the redemption date.
