Entered into a bought deal financing issuing some 28.6 million common shares at $0.70 per share with an over-allotment option. Net proceeds will be used to fund its capital expenditure program in Argentina and Alberta and for general corporate purposes. Haywood Securities Inc., Mackie Research Capital Corp., and RBC Capital Markets are co-lead underwriters. Haywood and RBC are also joint book-running managers.
