Issued $1.75 billion of 5.55% senior notes, two blocks of $1.5 billion in 4.3% and 3.05% notes, $750 million of 5.3% and $500 million in 2% notes. Proceeds will finance the cash for the Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP and El Paso Pipeline Partners LP merger consideration.
