Harvest Operations Corp. - 2010-09-27

Priced its previously announced offering of senior unsecured debt securities and has agreed to sell US$500 million of its 6 7/8% senior notes due 2017. The notes will be issued by Harvest and guaranteed by certain of Harvest's subsidiaries. The offering is expected to close on Oct. 4.
