Closed an initial equity commitment from EnCap Investments LP. Proceeds will be used to target acquisitions in the Lower 48 following its strategy acquiring, developing and exploiting oil and gas assets. Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP  provided legal counsel to Grenadier and Vinson & Elkins LLP to EnCap.
