Forum Energy Technologies Inc. today announced the commencement of a modified “Dutch Auction” tender offer and consent solicitation for a portion of its outstanding 6.250% senior notes due 2021.

Forum is offering to purchase, for cash, an aggregate principal amount of notes that would result in a maximum aggregate payment amount of up to $80 million.
