EQT Corporation subsidiary, EQT Midstream Partners LP, has filed a registration statement with the SEC relating to its proposed initial public offering. Application will be made to list the common units on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol EQM. Citigroup will act as lead book-running manager; and Citigroup and Barclays Capital will act as co-structuring agents.
