Devon Energy Corp.

Devon Energy Corp. will redeem $1.5 billion in senior notes. This redemption covers all of the company’s outstanding 4% senior notes due 2021 and 3.25% senior notes due 2022.

The notes will be redeemed at a redemption price of 100 percent of the principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest, as well as a make-whole premium.
