Cordy Oilfield Services Inc.

Has entered into a line of credit agreement, with a private lender, pursuant to which it may borrow up to an amount equal to 50% of eligible receivables, on a revolving basis. Based on the current level of eligible receivables Cordy’s availability under the credit facility is approximately $1.5 million.
