Announced its wholly owned subsidiary, Cheniere Corpus Christi Holdings LLC (CCH), priced its offering senior secured notes due 2039 at par. Proceeds will be used by CCH to prepay a portion of the principal amount currently outstanding under CCH’s term loan credit facility.
