Antero Midstream Partners LP - 2015-09-24

Launched the private placement of about 12.9 million common units to Antero Resources Corp. as part of the $1.05 billion water business dropdown transaction. Antero Resources now owns about 116.9 million combined common and subordinated units, representing about 66.5% of Antero Midstream.
