Agreed to issue $200 million medium term notes due 2024 and $100 million medium term notes due 2044. Net proceeds will be used to pay down debt and for general corporate purposes. CIBC World Markets Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc. co-led the syndicate of investment dealers.
