Priced an upsized public offering of 25 million common shares at $2.40 each. Underwriters granted 30-day option to purchase 3.75 million additional shares. Net proceeds will support drilling program with 2017 capex, and general corporate purposes. Seaport Global Securities LLC, Canaccord Genuity Inc. and Stephens Inc. are joint book-running managers.
