One of the most respected oil and gas industry journalists in the business, Leslie Haines is celebrating more than 30 years at Oil and Gas Investor. Haines joined Hart Energy in 1983 and became editor of the magazine in January 1992. That same year IPAA awarded her the 2nd Annual Lloyd Unsell Award for Excellence in Petroleum Journalism. She is a 1974 honors graduate of Keene State College in her native New Hampshire. Haines is the founding editor of Oil and Gas Australia, Hart Energy's most recent magazine.
