W&T Offshore Names Jonathan Curth as General Counsel

W&T Offshore Inc. appointed Jonathan Curth, who has extensive legal experience working with public E&P companies most recently at Vine Energy Inc., as its general counsel.

His many years serving as both an attorney with international law firms and as general counsel at public E&P companies, and, in particular, his involvement with acquisitions, capital markets and corporate transactions, will complement W&T’s strategic vision,” Tracy W.
