NuFlo Technologies Inc., Houston, has acquired PMC Global Industries Inc., Odessa, Texas, the world's second-largest manufacturer of circular chart recorders. NuFlo used to be Halliburton Measurement Systems. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
