Subsea 7 announced it has been awarded a contract for a project offshore Norway worth $150 million to $300 million. It didn’t name the client.
The scope includes engineering, procurement, construction and installation of pipeline bundles, spools, protection covers and tie-ins. Subsea7 delivers offshore projects and services for the energy industry.
Project management and engineering will start right away. Subsea 7’s plant in Wester, Scotland, will make the pipeline bundles. Offshore operations are expected to take place in 2025 to 2027.
